Regarding the Relaunch of the Official SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB App

We sincerely appreciate your continued patronage of SOTETSU HOTELS.

At this time, we will be relaunching the SOTETSU HOTELS Official App (hereinafter “the App”) for better ease-of-use for our customers. Please be noted of the following notifications and precautions in light of this relaunch.

Date of Relaunch:
Monday, March 29, 2021 -12:00 PM and later (tentative)　
*Time will vary due to the status of the App store.

Update Method and Precautions regarding the Update:
After the relaunch, update this App to continue using the SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB App. After starting up the App, you will be automatically sent to the App store where you can begin your update.

Please note, you will need to login again after you update the App. Please login using the registered email address and password. If you have lost your password, please go here for help.

Services that are not Available during the Relaunch Day:
(1) All reservation functions on the Official website will be temporarily suspended
Due to a system update, all reservation functions on the Official website will be suspended during the following hours.
Monday, March 29, 2021 - from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
*It may vary depending on the update status.

(2) Suspension of the Advance Check-In Service
The “Advance Check-In Service” to check-in via the App will be suspended during the following hours. Please check-in at the hotel front desk.
Monday, March 29, 2021 - All Day
*Advance check-in is a service offered at SOTETSU FRESA INN, SOTETSU GRAND FRESA, and THE POCKET HOTEL.

Birthday Coupons will be distributed at a different time:
We offer birthday coupons to our Gold and Premium Members after midnight on the day of their birthday (or at few minute intervals if subject to coupons due to upgrade in the stage rankings). However for Monday, March 29, 2021, the coupons are planned to be distributed on 2:00 PM.
In addition, for just this day, PUSH notifications (to notify that the coupons have been distributed) will not be provided.
