Effective January 18th, 2024 (Thursday), we have changed our accommodation reservation system to further improve customer convenience.*Except for some hotels

For guests who have made reservations using the old reservation system (reservations ending with reservation number “KrSo”) by January 17, 2024, your reservation will remain valid and you can stay as per your reservation details. If you wish to confirm, change, or cancel your reservation, please note that there are some important points to pay attention to. Please read this notice to the end.

Each hotel has set up buttons on their respective homepages for confirmation, change, and cancellation of reservations.

You can manage your booking through the homepage of the hotel where you made a reservation or via the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.

You can manage your booking by logging into “My Page” on the homepage of Sotetsu Hotels Club or the homepage of each hotel where you made a reservation and selecting "Confirm Reservation Information".
